Acerca del Autor
Rainbow Rowell
Periodista y autora estadounidense, Rainbow Rowell comenzó a trabajar como columnista y editora en el diario Omaha World-Herald, donde mantuvo una columna durante siete años. Tras este periodo, Rowell comenzó a trabajar para una agencia de publicidad mientras trabajaba en la que sería su primera novela publicada, Enlazados, que logró el aplauso de la crítica.
Sin embargo, Rowell dio su primer paso hacia el éxito dentro del campo de la literatura infantil y juvenil con Fangirl, justo antes de dar el salto al mercado internacional con su novela más conocida hasta el momento Eleanor & Park (2013).
Rowell ha sido traducida a varios idiomas y no solo ha seguido escribiendo literatura juvenil, ya que en 2014 publicó Landline, una historia sobre el matrimonio. En 2015 salió a la venta Moriré besando a Simon Snow (Carry On), ambientado en el mismo universo de Fangirl y cuya continuación, Rebelde, vería la luz 5 años después.
